YLP- 2016 June

Did you know, eventhough Steve Jobs invented Apple in one period of time - he himself did not allow his own children use the iPAD due to addiction. Technology when used properly can be a great tool - sometimes the misuse of technology is called addiction - I am sure everybody here knows about a friend or a relative who is addicted to technology. Hello everybody, today I am here to tell a short story about misuse of technlogy in today's generation. Kritugan, Angelina and Alahi will be playing the students - Virosh will be playing the teacher - And I will be playing the Principal. I hope you all enjoy - Hey Alahi, long time no see. so how is your summer - I wonder who our teacher going to be . Our teacher is Virosh - Hi Angelina, Hi Alahi - what you are talking about. We are talking - who our next teacher is going to be. I think it is Mr. Virosh. I think so. Shall we go and check it out. Hey everybody, please have a seat. My name is Virosh. I will be teaching you all. Lets get started with introducing ourselves. I am Virosh I love fun. My name is Kritugan I love science, my name is Angelina I love arts, my name is Alahi I love maths. Hey kids, how's your summer. It was very fun. Kids, I like watching television. you can all watch whatever you want. . I have a important message from my friend. I got interuppted.

The Man and the Dog

One upon a time there was a man named John Williams he had a dog named Shezhar. They lived in Germany.

Every time John went to work his dog will follow him to the station John always waves goodbye and

leaves for work at the mechanics factory.Then his dog will go back to his home. When it is time for John to come back the dog goes to meet him. They kept on doing this for an year or two. One day John got a new mechanical screwdriver which cost him a fortune. When John left  for work a fellow worker spotted him having the screwdriver so when John was drinking his coffee he took it. But John saw him take it "give it back" no answer " I said give it back"  but  the worker pushed John and ran. While running the worker stabbed  John with the screwdriver. Shocked by what he did the worker ran away.

 Meanwhile the dog was still waiting for John but John didn't come the dog waited and waited but he didn't come Shezhar even refused to eat food from the station worker. So the dog waited and waited and finally the dog died on the spot. Seeing how loyal the dog was to it's owner the station worker asked for a statue to be put up. That statue that still is in Germany. 

The Teacher and Disciple

One Day a teacher and disciple were walking in the forest to find a good spot for meditation.

 While they were walking they heard a large crash and the scream of a woman saying "HELP ME HELP ME".When they came they saw a woman about to drown. The teacher told the disciple to go and help her but the disciple said "no" 

" why no ?" asked the teacher

" because if I go in the water it will be hard for me to meditate" answered the student

" chee that's nothing just go in" said teacher

*meanwhile the woman is still screaming*  

"I am sorry teacher but I can't" answered the student. 

So the teacher dove into the water and saved the woman.

" Thank you very much, you have not only saved me but also my baby" said the woman. 

Teacher and student kept on walking  and they eventually found a good place for meditation. 

" teacher that woman was pretty beautiful so how can you meditate?" asked the student
"I can meditate fine but you can't because you're still thinking about that woman" said the teacher

  'Never Think Twice Before Saving Someone' 

The Three Horsemen

One day three horsemen were walking in the desert.There names were Jimmy, Tom, and Jerry.They were all brothers and set off from their homeland to become rich. While walking in the desert they saw a snake basking on some rocks in a tiny little house. 

Suddenly the snake started talking or so they thought it sounded like something or someone was talking all around them. It said "take these rocks will be very happy" and the snake and the house disintegrated into ash, very confused they toke their bags and collected some rocks.

Hours passed and they were very thirsty they asked each other if they had any water with them and again in the sky they saw a boat with a child's face  






and it said "you will be very happy" and the boat disintegrated into rain which flowed into their water sacs. Overwhelmed with joy they all drank with all their might.

While walking they saw an oasis and then again the voice said "you will very happy tomorrow" still confused but excited Jimmy, Tom, and Jerry fell asleep. When they woke up their bags that were filled with rocks turned into diamonds.  They were so happy  but suddenly became very said. They were very said because they could have gotten more rock and more diamounds. So they sadly left to the city.
